Shipping policy

We provide free shipping for all orders. All orders are shipped insured within 24-45 hours after placing. All deliveries are 100% insured.

• US and international shipping. US orders ship from US storage locations while international orders ship direct from Nepal. Delivery for US orders are usually 5-10 days and international usually 7-12 days.

• Shipping costs. Shipping is currently free for all orders. However some orders to Hawaii may incur a small fee. There may also be customs charges based on the countries we are shipping to which are paid by our customers.

• Shipping insurance. All deliveries are completely insured so in case anything does arrive broken, simply email us after receiving and we will send you a free replacement. Normally it's rare to find items damaged on delivery as we pack very securely.
