Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

When can I expect my items?
Our products are produced on demand so it depends. The customers location is also factored in to the shipping times. You can assume that for most cases, products will arrive within 2-4 weeks on average. A tracking number will be provided on ALL orders through us so you can keep a close eye on your items shipment.

How much is shipping?
Depending on the product, we generally cover the shipping cost for you, the customers.

What is my Order Number?
You should receive an email with your order number after you place your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us and provide your name and what you ordered.

What is the Refund/Return Policy?

Can I return or exchange my items?
We do accept returns and exchanges if they meet our criteria. Please see our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we do! We handle international orders from anywhere around the world.

How do I cancel an Order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, contact us with the order number. If your order has already been put into production or has already been shipped out, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your order.

How does the Sizing Work?
Each item will have a specific sizing chart in its description.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Moneybookers.

Do you have a quality guarantee?
Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your products are flawed in any way, we'll refund you.

How are your shirts printed?
We use DTG printing. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ? 
Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

What does "Being Processed" mean? 
We have received your order and are printing/ quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment. If your order has been processing for more than two days then the time is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more. 

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, contact us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are products are produced on demand, so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
