Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship free. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: This includes order verification, sound tests, quality checks and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch immediately after the order is processed. Processing usually takes 1-2 days. A tracking code will be emailed within 1-3 days or sooner after you place your order.

• Shipping time: All USA and AUS, NZ orders normally ship from our local warehouses in US and Australia. Delivery is 5-10 days (if in stock) and 7-12 days (if out of stock and shipped direct from Nepal). Delivery in all other countries usually take about 7–14 days. 

Shipping Costs and insurance:

• Shipping costs. Shipping is currently free for all orders. However some orders to Hawaii may incur a small fee. There may also be customs charges based on the countries we are shipping to.

• Shipping insurance. All deliveries are completely insured so in case anything does arrive broken, simply email us after receiving and we will send you a free replacement. Normally it's rare to find items damaged on delivery as we pack very securely.

We offer 30 days returns. We will always try our best to accommodate your return requests.
